With our subscription, you get an experienced design team whenever you need it. You can pause or resume your subscription at any time, so you only pay for design when you actually need it.

No. You can submit an unlimited number of design requests.
On the Standard plan, we work on one request at a time. On the Pro plan, we handle up to three requests simultaneously. All requests are completed in the order they’re submitted.
Examples of a single request include a brand identity, a landing page, event materials, or a presentation. Timelines are estimated individually based on each project’s complexity and scope.

Most requests are completed within four business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

DELO is a multidisciplinary design studio with specialists across branding, digital design, presentations, motion design, and event design.
Senior designers create concepts, visual identities, and key visuals. Every project is reviewed by an art director and supported by our mid-level and junior designers where needed.

You can pause your subscription at any time if you don’t have enough design work.
Subscriptions are billed in 31-day cycles, and any unused days remain on your account. You can resume your subscription whenever you’re ready without losing any remaining time.

We primarily work in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
For website development, we build in Webflow, Framer, and Tilda.

You don’t need a perfect brief to get started.
Send us a Trello card, a Google Doc, a Loom video, a wireframe, or any format that’s convenient for you. If anything is missing, we’ll help define the content, structure, and visual direction together.

No problem.
We’ll keep refining the design until you’re happy with the final result.

We handle almost every type of graphic design project.
The only exception is large-scale motion design, such as animated films or complex commercial productions. Our motion design services focus on marketing creatives, conference visuals, YouTube intros, and other short-form animations.

That’s completely fine.
Once your request is finished, simply pause your subscription and reactivate it whenever you have new work.

Because design work is delivered continuously throughout your subscription, we don’t offer refunds for completed billing periods or work that has already been delivered.
